I'm not really sure what an Equus account is. Is this a game problem? If so, what game?
thanks for replying its not exactly a game problem its more like as an outer source that has to do with the game ex. equus sims
since it has to do with the sims I can't tell if theres a better place to post this question/problem I believe its allowed I ve seen many players posting even I could not fix my problem using these questions

If it's some third party product / site, we won't be able to help you here as AHQ is an official site and EA does not officially support mods / third party content.
