@Tr1n1tyGAM3 Is your computer a pc or mac? What is the version of your game - launcher lower left? does your game appear in Origin?

Yes, i completely uninstalled and re-installed it after it updated, to make sure it was not an issue with the version I was running it on (I was running it on 1.67 before, as I bought it via steam and that launcher is out of date), however it continued to give me the same issue. @Tr1n1tyGAM3 Did you delete the download and redownload Riverview? Many (all?) store items were updated for version 1.69. You need to uninstall Riverview, delete it from the downloads tab, redownload riverview, install new download. If this doesn't work you may have another store item (world?) that needs to be updated. When I reinstalled my game recently I had to delete all my store items and redownload them from the store so they would remain in the game and not disappear the next time I started the game. hth
