Which version of the Gnome are you using ? Dolphins' or the new one ? Dolphon's is no longer compatible with the game.
Other than that, sounds like your game corrupted. I would add the ErrorTrap and Overwatch mod and see if they can save anything. You need to google them as I'm not allowed to link.

I already removed the gnome mod and the problems persisted. I will try those mods you told me and give an update after.
If at least the mailbox worked with testingcheats I would force the NPC's, but even the mailbox is "broken". I went crazy and used buydebug and added another mailbox, now it's even worse lolol I can't even save the lot, to start over, or move the family to a different house because "a sim is dying" and the grim reaper is gone... Damn mess!!

I had 147 erros lolol Ok. all the NPC are back, people died already, the mailbox works, I can travel. Everything is fixed, exept for the couple. They still can't interact with each other except for the mean/scare option and the spells.
Anyway, from 7 problems, I only have that one now. If by any chance you know anything that can fix it, it would be amazing.
If not, I'll keep searching, and thank you SO MUCH, for your idea :D

You might need to let the game run through the night(Sims Night) so Overwatch can fix the relationship as well.

I spent several hours playing yesterday but the couple never got the relationship normalized. What I did was I took the husband out of the family and made him visit and then they she could talk to him normally. I added him to the family but HE still couldn't speak to her, so then I did the same with her (took her out and back in) and now everything is normal :P
I keep receiving error "reports" from those mods... tons of bugs in my game :/ Hopefully I'll be able to keep playing without problems 🙂
