@NovaKishana When you say you found the "code slips" but they don't work, do you mean you tried to register those codes, and they read as already used? If so, you probably have a secondary account where you previously registered these codes, and perhaps your others as well. Try signing into the EA App with any email address you still have access to and clicking "Forgot your password?" If the address is attached to an EA account, it'll receive a password-recovery email. Be sure to check the spam folder as well as the inbox.
If that doesn't help, you can contact EA customer support with the codes. While these don't count as proof of purchase by themselves, and are certainly not enough for a support rep to hand you access to the old account, providing them might allow the rep to help you figure out what email you used for your old account. I'd strongly recommend the live chat option rather than email. If you don't see it, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
If you have access to a computer where Sims 3 is currently installed, you may be able to find the other product codes there. The same is true if the game was uninstalled but the registry was never cleaned. Here's how:
