I had the same problem. Take a look at your settings and calibrate the steering wheel, pedals and handbrake again. Eighth at the handbrake on whether it works without operating. For me, it was at 28% effect even though I didn't even touch it. Then I put the dead zone higher than the effect is and now it works perfectly.

I had also tried that and it was the same as soon as the handbrake already has x% effect.
Can only say set the death point higher than the effect of the brake and then it works. Other users have already confirmed to me.
