Hybrid Bug

Summarize your bug Once the hybrid is charged from regen braking, and once throttle is applied, the hybrid immediately cancels and empties itself. I get no boost from it. Otherwise all throttle works. The launch control hybrid, however, does work. I am using a Thrustmaster T300RS with the T3PA pedals. Everything appears ok in the controller settings screen and settings for the throttle are 0 deadzone 100 saturation.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use any hybrid Rally1 vehicle, get regen charged up, and apply throttle.
What happens when the bug occurs? The hybrid does not work and the battery empties.
What do you expect to see? I expect the hybrid to deploy as expected! This worked prior to the update.
