Hi @blue4eva77 You can try checking Windows settings to make sure Notifications appear:

Go to Settings > System > Notifications & Actions > Scroll down to EA App 

Make sure the following are enabled:

1. Notifications = On
2. Show Notifications are enabled
3. Show Notifications in the action center are enabled
4. Set Priority to TOP

If you still don't get a notification try running through the following steps as well. 

• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
