Announcer AI is Broken

Product: EA SPORTS PGA TOURPlatform:Xbox Series XSummarize your bug The commentator AI is severly broken. I have almost completed a full PGA tour with 4 rounds per tournament and the commentation AI constantly mixes up comments between the human and computer player. Incorrect hole identification and linking comments to the wrong layer is constant. I just retired as software development program manager and product owner but it seems evident this part of your software was not fully or properly tested.How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a round against the computer AI and listen to the comments.What happens when the bug occurs? Incorrect statements are made regarding score and player status.What do you expect to see? Correct comments and hole identification by the announcers.‌The game itself is great but the errant comments by announcers degrades the experience.

can confirm I am having exact same issue as original post here in March 2024. Sooo..is ea going to do anything about this or just keep their paying customers unhappy with a sub par experience (pun intended)? &nbsp;I gotta be honest EA has gone down and down in customer support and game development quality over the years.
