Logitech shifter not working since v1.3

Very frustrating.. didn't work then started working for a couple days.. then today stopped working again. Still works fine on DR 2. Logitech G923 with Logitech drive force shifter on xbox.

Really can't be bothered with automatic.

I know the feeling. Maybe I am fussy, but it just feels a bit "off" driving cars that aren't meant to have paddle shift, but then having to use paddle shift or full auto. Spoils the experience as it adds an additional level of disconnect.

Mine is also working in D2.0. Tempting to just go back to playing that and leave EAWRC until they have ironed out the kinks, especially if there isn't going to be another patch for a few weeks.

Summarize your bug Sometimes when I load the game and go into a rally my shifter won't function.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game and go into a rally in h pattern shift mode with g923 logitech wheel and logitech shifter
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't register any gear with the shifter but clutch seems to register. Its also says H-pattern shifter in settings and if I change it to sequential the paddle shifters will change gears fine. It's not the shifter connection as I'll load into another game and it works perfectly fine. My wheel is the logitech g923 and logitech shifter.
What do you expect to see? I would like for this to be fixed as I prefer to drive in the manual shifter mode. Its also the only major complaint I have had so far.

It is intermittent and sometimes corrects itself after restarting the game but it doesn't always fix it.
