It says in game library but that might be my ea play f1 23 5 hour trial. I did confirm that i did own the game and that the issue was on my end. I just dont know what to do to get the game to pop up on my end
My only thought is is there a way to remove the ea play 5 hour trial from my library as when i go on the add ons it does say championship edition(which i purchase) so if i could know how to remove the ea play trial from my library that may fix it

ok. and on that note how do i contact the live chat feature. every time i want to ask for help it only shows the email option and not the live chat feature
Hey EA, I have the same problem. Downloaden the game, played 30 minutes yesterday and today I cannot play the game anymore.

i was having a similar issue i got it working after playing the trial yesterday but now cant launch it again, ive tried everything i did yesterday like getting some files downloaded when you load up origin that didnt work, changing the date to the 16th didnt work and clearing cache data didnt work either.
best option is to speak to ea live chat. they make some changes to your account which usually helps

How did you get into a live chat all I get is the option to email with a reply within 3 days 🤦.

@EA_Darko yea ive already done that for some reason live chat was unavailable on tuesday but i did speak to someone and i was told to simply wait for ea to fix it and they couldnt give me an estimate for when that might be.
