Summarize your bug Graphic studdering bar going horizontal across screen that travels up and down like a glitch. Then when it happens a noticeable small decrease in frame rate to maybe 30 or lower fps. I use a 4k HDR TV. Maybe that is the cause. I don't have clip right now but can update post later.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Any stage. Any car. Any time of day in game. Most noticeable when going off track or hitting of barriers/rocks. Going over street curbs or sand curbs like at Mexico stages. I use a 4k HDR TV.
