Missing Elite rank rewards F1 24

Hi,

I contacted an EA agent via chat and he told me to post my issue here as nothing can be done on his hand to resolve my issue.

Today I reached Elite rank on F1 24 on PS5. I got a congrats mail in game in which I'm informed that my Elite rewards can be found in attachement. Issue is that no rewards is attaches to this mail. I've checked everywhere in F1 World and Customisation, nothing Elite -related to be found.

Can you please tell me what these rewards should have been and how can I get them?

Last year in F1 23 they were attached to the mail and consisted of special custom car, jumpsuit and gloves.
