Can't Install F1 24 + cant add to library (Theres a Problem with your download)

Summarize your bug. I've been trying for 3 days to Install the F1 24 Game Trial (5 hours) but whenever i try to install, it shows preparing then "Theres a problem with your
download" and also if i try to add the game to my library, it shows "Theres a problem with your download"

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Account with Access to EA Play via PC Game pass and trying to download F1 24 Game Trial
What happens when the bug occurs? "Theres a problem with your download. Give us a few minutes and try again"
What do you expect to see? Game visible in library and game installing
I've contacted support 4 times! and none of their solutions work please help!
im hoping this issue doesn't occur when i buy the game next week.
