If the game would be b2p this lootbox model would be unacceptable but its f2p, so if you want to look fancy start paying.

Actually I just have to say (write) that a legendary every 30 packs isn't true at all.
And I mostly find 2 white and 1 blue item in a pack...
About skins, that'd be great to create some more "adult" ones...I don't talk about X rated skins but pretty more badass, less "My Little Pony". For example, Lifeline's punk rock outfit seems to be a Disneyworld version...
