Get to Work, Get Together, Cats & Dogs, Island Living, Cottage Living, Spa Day, Dine Out, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Journey to Batuu, Dream Home Decorator, Romantic Garden, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Laundry Day, My First Pet, Tiny Living, Paranormal, Blooming Rooms, Desert Luxe, Everyday Clutter, Bathroom Clutter, Basement Treasures, Book Nook, Modern Luxe, Holiday
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is in regards to the free items from the "Happy at Home" Log-In Event (the trash can, pillows, dart board, vending machine, hairstyles, sweatsuit, compact bar, and practice makes perfect trait)
What happens when the bug occurs? These items are missing from my build items.
What do you expect to see? These items are missing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

All of the items from the "Happy at Home" Log-In Event are missing from my game. I had claimed all of them and they are just not there. I recently upgraded my OneDrive account and after that they were gone. Is anyone else having this issue, or is it just me? How do I get them back?

    @ejryken78729  If you can find an older UserSettings.ini file, in OneDrive or elsewhere on your computer, try restoring that.  This is the file that holds login data.

    If you can't find an older file, you're out of luck, unfortunately, unless you want to try one of the hacky workarounds floating around on the internet.  They can't be discussed here, but they do exist.

    @shirleyfriberg31  This trait is one of the login rewards, tied to the UserSetting.ini file.  Please see above and the first post on page one of this master thread.
