If you look at a single bed in sims 4, it's one tile wide x 3 tiles long. Irl a single bed mattress is 0.9m wide x 1.8m long. The dimensions of a whole bed will vary according to design, but there's no way any single bed is three times as long as it is wide.

Therefore, there isn't a true scale in the sims. Sorry.
