@mirtsukka09  You can’t buy it as a gym. If you have Get to Work and you set the lot type as retail, you can buy it as a store - just need to put a cash register somewhere. But then you will just have a private gym because sims won’t spawn in to use the equipment, so it will only be your active household there.
