Re: 4600 points missing after weekly platinum's and MF step up offer. HELP PLZ!

a few days ago I was buying my weekly platinum packs and the most feared step up offer. I purchased 12000 points to prepare for the purchase, which put my account to 12950 total. I began to start buying my weekly platinum's, as I do every week, I started with the 2- 500 packs then the 3rd step of the weekly platinum's which is 1050. Once finished, I proceeding to the most feared step up offer, i bought the first 3 steps which was 150, 900, then 2800. I go to buy the 4th and final step and I don't have enough coins, so doing the math something went terrible wrong. 

12950 - 500 - 500 - 1050 - 150 - 900 - 2800 = 7050 

7050 - 4600 = 2450

I am missing 4600pts

I was left with 2450 points and am unable to purchase the last step of the most feared step up offer because of missing points. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! 

I am not sure which offer took more than advertised but please investigate!

they marked my ticket as NO FIX already so id say they arent willing to help .....
