• Which platform are you playing on? Xbox (newest console)

• What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID? xMRR1GHTx

• When did this start happening? If you can estimate the date, that would be helpful. 
  This has been an issue (“for me”) since release date of Madden 24… specifically 5 days after pre order customers 

• Are you able to accept or send H2H invites from other players? Yes, I’m able to send and accept

When you've got the chance, can you test something out for me? What happens if you try searching for a League or accepting an invite with a different Gamertag on your Xbox? We're hoping to find out if this only happens with your xMRR1GHTx account, or if you're still running into the same issue on a different profile. 

If you're able to give that a shot, please let me know how it goes.

Same issue. Next gen doesn’t allow me to use rosters but current gen does. Can’t even accept a league invite. 

I’m running into the same issue. It’s been an ongoing email thread since 11/27. 

CANNOT search any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours)

CANNOT join any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours)

CANNOT accept invites to any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours; have to dash & quit game)

I’ve uninstalled and re installed. 
I’ve cleared the cache. I’ve done every type of trouble shooting listed and sent to me nothing has worked. It’s the only game I have downloaded that I cannot play at all just wasting storage space. 

Any answers for a fix? 

This issue isn’t making EA lose money so don’t expect them to fix this

Sorry for the late reply but creating a new Gamertag aided this issue, honestly speaking that sucks but I was able to play and accept an invite to Franchise Mode.

I'm having that same problem rn as we speak... Tbh I want my refund smh.....This the first time this ever happened to me I've played damn near every Madden...Please fix this Issue or Refund Me
