To get the best connectivity please try the following:

• Connect directly to your router with a cable rather than wirelessly
• Open the relevant ports detailed here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/online-ports-for-madden-nfl-16/
• Power cycle your router (turn it off for a minute and then power it back on)

We do not modify players' online records in connectivity cases such as this, sorry.
