NFL Showdown cards disappearing.

For the second week in a row, I have had NFL Showdown cards that A. Would not go "active" so I can put them in my Showdown collection...B. while waiting for them to activate, they just disappear. This is not acceptable. It's ridiculous to have to start talking screen shots of every card I get, this is supposed to be a game, not a job.
