Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help get this resolved. I see you reset your router, but it would be good to power cycle your console and network. To do this, follow these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
EA Sports I've been sitting on 61 for about 2 weeks now and it will not give me Max level. It says I need(1,482,000 for the next level Max. I have been sitting on (1,460,000) for 2 weeks it have not changed at all
Hey * it’s not on our end. It’s on your stupid company’s end. How would we ALL have internet problems? Not to mention we’ve all done every step of troubleshooting and it DOES NOT WORK. I just want to do an online franchise and enjoy myself.
Since EA does not want to reply to the threads about the Solo Battles / MUT Champion issues, I figured I would post where they seem to be paying attention. There is one day left in the competitive season and I need 26 points to max out the rewards. I only need one more MUT championship win to get 20 points, but all I can do is play H2H. I only have 25 H2H points left available, leaving me INE short, but even then that would require me to win 23 H2H games in a day, which I don’t have time to do. The lack of any respond or solution is ridiculous. EA needs to either como the rewards missed or extend the season.
