It's not that the estimated time isn't accurate, it's that I wait for ages and then it says "sorry, there are no advisers available at this time".  Is there a reason for this?  Can I get help any other way?

At certain times of the day our Advisors can get quite busy and you will see a message like that.

Try contacting us earlier or later in the day or depending on the options you choose during the 'contact us' process, you may be able to contact us by phone.

I've tried at almost every different time in the day and I can't contact by phone.
