Gamertag is adult. I am not part of the preview program. My friend and I both are unable to load any community files. We both bought the game on black Friday. They won't work on his Xbox one or mine.

Are you using an external hard drive and is the game a digital download where your Gamertag owns it or is it being gameshared?
Any way you can test a different Gamertag on your console to see if they download on that one? This can help us determine if it's only effecting that specific account.
There is an option to clear your game saved data locally and in the cloud for the game by going to My Games & Apps>Highlight Madden 20>Press Start>Manage Game. Doing this though will delete any offline franchises. Connected Franchise games and MUT progress is saved to our servers. We are not using an external hard drive. Both games are physical discs no gamertag sharing being used. We tried each other gamertag on his Xbox and mine but no dice. We both tried clearing out all game saved data. I even cleared data from all games not just Madden but that didn't work for us either. (((

We are testing this and see similar results over here, but we are able to still upload the rosters when we go to the Share & Manage files>Load & Delete section. Once it's loaded up we see the results transfer over to Franchise/Exhibition.
I actually got a server connectivity error when I first selected the download Community Files tile, but the second time was a charm.
Can you clarify the following:- When you go to the download Community Files tile, is the screen blank for you where you don't see anything to download at all?
- Are you having trouble downloading a specific roster of multiple? I received an error for some but others went through.
- Is it only rosters you are having trouble with, or draft classes and other downloads as well?
- Is there any way you can record a clip on your Xbox/PC/PlayStation of you attempting to download certain type of rosters and draft classes?
- @EA_Blueberry I've been able to do whatever with files as long as I don't click the tile to "share my files" or "community files." I assume this initiates a connection to the Madden Share and that's when the application just sits indefinitely on a loading screen. The application is still running and I can hear music in the background and see the loading animation at the bottom but it never progresses beyond that.
However I was able to follow troubleshooting steps previously to, for example, delete the default roster and play a H2H game which downloads a new version of the most up to date roster - the I think is called something like "MaddenUltimateTeam" - that works successfully. But even then, if I click the tiles to connect to the Madden Share to either browse community files or share my own, I get an infinite loading screen.

1)whenever I go to the commute files section, I get files that were made on 11/30/2019 and later. My community files have not updated since then.
2) there is no file in particular I am having trouble downloading, I just can’t see new files that have been published since 11/30/2019. I was finally able to upload my own file to madden share, BUT I can’t view it. Because my community files won’t update any of the new files that get shared.3) it is the entire files section ie draft classes, Roster, sliders,
@EA_Blueberry The file upload size for this forum is too small for me to share much. I've uploaded the clip you requested to Youtube instead but if you want me to do something else with the file just let me know.
To me- its like my madden share is turned off some how. I can see and access files from 11/30/2019 but any new files will not show up or appear.

I have attached my DxDiag. I have checked and made sure my Nvidia GeForce driver is up to date. Windows 10 is also up to date. I also tried the uninstall and reinstall.Still refuses to work.

Additionally, my PC is in a completely different network environment. I'm at a friends house for the weekend so everything is different.
The result is EXACTLY the same.I hope to have a friends credentials to try logging in on my PC and see if the result is the same.
- We both can see and search the community files
- After trying probably more than 100 times, downloaded files have only shown up in my downloads 2 or 3 times. The files have never shown up in load and delete files.
- We have trouble with all files
- I can record a clip with my phone
Thank you for the help. Hopefully there will be a solution soon.

Can you respond back with the information we're requesting? The team has been actively working on this and attempted to address it but it doesn't look to be sticking for everyone. For those being affected, we are asking for this information above including your PSN ID/Gamertag/Origin ID. The only update I have right now is that the team is looking for more examples to help in the testing phase. Thanks for any help you can lend. This is happening to me as well . Xbox . Gamertag biohazard8811. If I download files, it says it downloaded No errors or black screens. But it does not appear when I try to load it. I have tested with multiple rosters AND draft classes . None of them are available to be loaded.

I am still waiting to sync up with a fellow PC gamer friend and hopefully....1) have him try using his PC to login to my account and see if he can access the Madden Share
2) get his credentials and see if I can login to his account from my machine and access the Madden Share
But if you need anything else from me in the meantime please let me know.
Update: mine is fixed. Just logged on today and everything is working.

@EA_Blueberry I cannot download community files either: Xbox One S, CoVeReDmAnGo21 is the gamertag. Have tried it as both a wifi download as well as ethernet, nothing works. When can we expect this patch to come through to help everyone with this big problem?

Are you able to download the files if you deleted the saved game data like what was mentioned here a while back? i am still having this issue and have now sent a request for a refund. i will never purchase another EA game again, and will tell friends/family of my experience. ive been purchasing your games for about 20 years but you lost a customer. this game and EA is TRASH! if you are reading this before purchasing the game, DONT!!!!!!
Hey there. I’m in the second year of my franchise and I was able to download the first year’s draft class. (2020 class)
Now I’m trying to download the 2021 class from the same user, but I’m having the same error message as everyone else.
To complicate matters, some how the 2020 class has replaced the auto-generated 2021 class.

This was fixed but looks to have resurfaced again based off recent reports. As frustrating as it is for some of you that are experiencing this, it's imperative we keep the thread on track with the requested information so we can gather it for the team and send it their way as efficiently as possible. We'll do our best to get this addressed for you and I want to keep this thread as informative as possible.

- What platform do you play on
- Time and date when you last tried to download a Community file
- Are you able to download anything, nothing at all, and/or unable to download something specific (ex: draft class)
- Are you able to download it but it doesn't show up in the downloads
- Have you tried clearing the game saved data that has worked for previous players in this thread (Please confirm whether it did or didn't work)
- Are you experiencing this in Cloud, Offline, or both type of franchises?
- Are you able to download other files of the same type (roster/draft)? (Some players have been able to download rosters but unable to download specific ones)
- Unable to download a specific file? Please name the file or screenshot and highlight the files unable to be downloaded
- What region are you from
- What type of console do you have (Xbox X, S, etc.)
- Is an external hard drive set up to your console
- Are you playing from a home network or school
