How to report a bug in Madden NFL 23

Hey, Madden NFL Community.

Thank you for taking a moment to fill out a bug report! This forum board is a valuable resource for both our Customer Support staff and Madden development team in helping identify issues unexpectedly occurring in Madden NFL 23. Prior to submitting a bug, please use the search bar and try searching for key words associated with what you're experiencing. An example of a keyword could be freezing, the actual challenge name, set name, pack name, etc. If there is an existing post on the bug you want to report, please reply to it and hit the "me too" button under the original posters message.

To help you post on the correct board and so make AHQ more effective I wanted to make this post to differentiate between what is a tech issue and what is a bug report.

Examples below should be posted on the Technical Issues board

• Connectivity (disconnections, lag, unable to access account)
• Account issues, change email/password/security question etc.
• Account action/banned
• Trouble installing the game

Bug Reports relate to issues that are not resolvable by yourself or our advisors and will generally require us to replicate the issue in-house, develop a fix, validate the fix to ensure the issue is resolved and does not cause any secondary problems and then provide a game update. Here are some examples:

• Audio Problems
• Crash/Freeze
• Exploit
• Gameplay

It's critical to be as specific as possible when submitting a bug report.

We're looking for the following details:

• Fill in all requested fields in the bug report form
• Description:
  • Provide date/time it happened
  • Challenge name/game mode/set name/player name
  • Let us know if you tried restarting your console/PC to fix it (or other technical troubleshooting steps you may have tried
