Please go to your game install location and right click on the DXSETUP file and run that as an Administrator.

If the issue persists, run the following AMD driver clean uninstall utility to fully remove all video driver components:

Once done, run your video driver install again and retest.

    i tried both methods and the problem still persists, i ran the DXSETUP file as administrator and it kept sending me to its installation setup and I tried the AMD Cleanup utility twice and uninstalled, reinstalled the graphics card onto my computer yet i still get the error screen not anymore than 20 seconds into the loading screen in pvz bfn. pls help
