  • Seems normal. I won an auction for a 89 overall player that I already had to use in a trade up. The tag said I won the auction for 35000 but in "my bids" the card said I lost and the winning bidder got it for 23000. I started a investigation and the response I got from EA was " you already have the card and more than that many coins". Thanks Kushlata R. 

  • Thanks. But I did open a case with EA Help who  advised me to post here in the hope that a moderator would take interest and somehow help sort this out. They said they aren't able to assist me further. So O posted here. Needless to say, I am very disappointed that I didn't receive the 2.5+ million tokens from my auction sale. Been having other currency issues (like Madden Today Token Blitz awarding me only 3250 tokens instead of the usual 6450 on 1st win due to all my boosts) so I made a new case just re: the token blitz, EA Help called back nine minutes later and then after 20 seconds of office sounds and no voice replying to my "Hello", the call dropped. No call-back. I have to say I've noticed that this year EA Help honestly hasn't been much "Help" at all, and as a long time fan and big supporter, this saddens and frustrates me. I make a case, they tell me to post here, here I'm told yo create a case. I see a circular pattern here lol. But seriously, I feel pretty bad about not receiving the 2.5 million tokens on my 4/11 sale of the 96 UL T Romo and would truly appreciate some assistance in being compensated for these missing tokens. 2.5 million is a lot, too much to let slide as I have numerous other currency shortages. So please: help! 


  • Sorry to hear about that. Yeah I've been experiencing lots of weird and unfair currency issues this year but losing 2.5 million tokens is just too much.

    Do you use Twitter or Facebook? If so try contacting our support through those platforms. Also, if you want to try speaking with someone on the phone again, I'd recommend opening another case. Possibly, there was a technical issue at the time they called you back. Missing content should be able to be investigated by an advisor.

  • Thanks for your advice EA_Aljo. I should take it but I've already spent soooo much time on this and other issues it's ridiculous. Players shouldn't have to spend literally hours posting, checking for replies, making new cases again and again only to be directed in circles. What happened to EA Help? It used to be, well, helpful. I don't want to have to make a FB post and post on Twitter. I just want my tokens! And if you can't help me, who can? This is frustrating. 

    Here's the text from an EA Help survey I just submitted for whatever it is worth to whoever is listening.:

    On 4/11/21 I sold at auction a 96 UL Tony Romo player for 2.5+ million tokens but did not receive the 2.5+ million tokens. I created a case and was referred to post about this issue on the EA Help forums which I did. Almost ten days later and I'm still short 2.5+ million tokens. Also since 4/11 the Madden Today Token Blitz has been awarding only 3250 tokens instead of the normal 6000+ with all my franchise boosts. I've reached out to EA Help again and again re: these and other issues and have not received anything close to approaching real help. In the past, EA Help was great! But ton to the forums. I need real helo, please! This year every case is just passed, if you'll excuse the pun, on to the dev team or I'm asked to post my concerns on the EA Help forums. As a long time fan and big supporter of MM, I feel that I and everyone like me deserve actual resolutions to problems with MM. I know it's not your fault but I feel frustrated, like MM just doesn't care anymore. 2.5+ million tokens is a lot to me. I would appreciate receiving those missing tokens and I'd appreciate it if Madden Today Token Blitz would award the correct amount of tokens. I have tons of screen shots showing how my token blitz awards have gone up over the year so I know I'm not imagining this. For eight days I've been shorted about 3000 tokens. That's 24k tokens. But the most salient issue is not receiving the 2.5 million tokens from my 4/11 auction sale of a 96 UL T Romo. Please help me recover this huge chunk of missing currency and please address the token blitz issue. Please! I've spent so much time creating cases and troubleshooting and posting to the EA Help forums all to no avail. So please, help me recover the missing 2.5+ million tokens and restore the token blitz award to the normal (with my boosts) 6000+ tokens. Please! Thank you! - Michael Kottler

    I agree you shouldn't have to spend hours on this. Unfortunately, we can't help with missing content on Answers HQ. The best I can recommend is that you continue to go through our other support channels. Opening a case or going through Twitter and Facebook should get you in touch with someone.

  • Between speaking and corresponding with EA Help many times and posting to this forum the closest I've come to a solution to my missing 2.5+ million tokens from the 4/11 sale of a 96 OVR UL Tony Romo was EA Help verifying the sale but saying they were unable to refund the missing tokens and would pass it along to the development team as a bug. Further correspondence with EA Help results in my being referred to these forums, were apparently no help is available. This is ridiculous! I clearly recall that in prior game years EA Help was actually able to, well, help. Now it's just either follow the usual troubleshooting steps or post to the answers.ea forum. I've now spent at least five hours or more on this issue and even changed my Play Store app rating to one star, explaining briefly why but can find zero assistance at all. If EA Help can't help me, who can?
