To be clear, is this for Madden NFL Mobile or Madden NFL 21 on console?
If you received an in-game pop up regarding an action taken on your account from our Terms of Service team, you should have received an email detailing why. Have you checked your junk, spam, and promotion folder in case the email was routed there?
