Sadly. I bet I could put 4 monkeys and a blind monk to work on this and in 18 hours they would have fixed it.

No matter how many chats u do or how many calls u get the same response and they still ask u if u need anymore help. Thank you for nothing. These ea developers probably just at home ripping packs pulling full legends and im just over here looking at colt cruise.

The nice thing is that they may have found a fix 14 hours ago but were worried that it might cause other problems(sarcasm). (according to Kraelo) Thus, they'd rather know that preordering HOF edition purchasers can't use their product than deal with the possibility of another issue. Doesn't that make you feel like a valued customer? 

I've kind of just been expecting terrible problem solving from EA for a while now. They release a game clearly before it was ready just so this select few can get screwed over an extra $20 when I can almost bet any amount that I won't be able to play MUT until the 10th.The sickening part of all of this is that there most likely won't be any type of compensation. I'm pissed...

they said they would have a fix by tomorrow when i talked to support and after looking at those tweets from the forum i think we will have it in the morning, so we get to play 2 days early instead of 3
