HELP - Mass Effect 3 Genesis 2 DLC won't start

I recently purchased the Genesis 2 DLC and it downloaded and succesfully installed itself on Mass Effect 3... that is at least what Origin claims.

The problem is that I can't seem to get the DLC to work. I launch the game > new game > import ME2 character > check the character > continue... now to my knowledge the Genesis 2 DLC will start after your character creation is done on your imported save.

You are suppose to get a screen giving you the alternative of either watching the genesis or not. I don't get one. The cutscenes just start and the game begins.

Origin claim that the DLC is installed, I open the folder of Mass Effect 3 and find the following:

DLC_CON_DH1

DLC_CON_END

DLC_HEN_PR

DLC_OnlinePassHidCE

DLC_UPD_Patch01

DLC_UPD_Patch02

Are any of these even the Genesis DLC, from Ashes DLC or Extended cut?

If not, please inform me on what I am doing wrong, and how to fix it.
