Promo Code Issue

I registered my Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition Promo Code on my Bioware Social Network account and now I cannot use it to install Mass Effect with Origins. I am now completely unable to install Mass Effect 3. Origins account email is [edit: email address removed] (same with Social Bioware Network).
