@EA_Blueberry - now been banned for no reason for 4 weeks now with no communication.
You locked the last thread likely due to the significant embarrassment this fiasco is - nevertheless, this may become a lively MBA case study on how poorly customers are treated in monopoly conditions.
I know you're not responsible but wonder if you can perhaps light a fire for the folks who are sitting around and allowing a bot glitch to tarnish EA's reputation. This is sadly something I've given up (any resolution let alone the decency of some kind of response) but will definitely share with others.
