Well. I had a chat with an advisor and told him I purchased the game via amazon. The advisor then told me to ask amazon for a new code. I was doubtful this would solve the problem, because amazon only shipped the game, but advisor Gaurav insistet on me contacting amazon. I did, and, no suprise, amazon can't provide a new code, since they only shipped the game. The amazon service member suggested to return the game and buy a new one, hoping that a new code would work. Maybe I will buy a new one someday, for now I just like to have my money back. Obviously the problem is NOT solved.
