Re: Face of Franchise keeps disconnecting
@Sean6195 my first guess would be that there is something happening between your ps and EA's servers. is your device connected harwired with the router or is it connected via WIFI? a hardwired connection is much more stable than WIFI so I would always suggest using the hardwired solution if feasible.
my second guess: maybe your internet connection is not stable, i.e. you might frequently lose data packets. I faced similar issues when playing MUT and I learnt that every internet connection could be unstable (= losing some data packets) no matter whether it is fast or slow. maybe it is worth contacting your internet provider and asking how stable your connection is. since Madden seams to be quite sensitive on lost data packets, I guess it doesn't matter so much with other internet services, because here data is loaded in advance.
and one more approach: maybe it is worth doing a UO Trace to find out whether there is an issue between you (your device/router) and EA's servers. I copy a text I got from one of EA's Community Managers (referring to my issue in the context of MUT Solo Battles) below:
>>> Do you have a PC/laptop by any chance so a UO Trace can be ran? It's a free connectivity tool from our website link below. Our Support staff can't help with those because of tool limitations. Usually when DNFs occur when game results are being calculated it's due to a de-sync that happens when exchanging the data. There is a loss of connection which causes the system to assume it was a disconnection from the user.

hope that helps. good luck!
