UPDATE: Problem fixed. I had to open coalesced.bin with a coalesced editor utility and remove two lines from the bindings entry in bioinput>sfxgame>sfxgamemodebase:

csIActor to StaticMeshActor
.xrCharacter=349386,srLocation=340226, nConditional=2673)
