Red lines everywhere in mass effect legendary(me1,me2,me3)

Same issues here, nothing so far seems to fix it.

Just to check: Are you using a nvidia graphics card? If so is Gsync enabled in the Nvidia control panel? I turned it off and the red lines went away. Will do more testing, but so far this seems to fix it. Andromeda had a similar issue with gsync.

Yes,  I'm on a rtx 5080, currently on driver 572.83. I don't have a freesync/gsync display, is there a way to bruteforce disable it even if I don't have one?

I'm glad you got it figured out. I never would have thought it was depth of field.

Thanks for the solution. I've been looking everywhere and can't seem to fix it. The only thing now is that the mouse won't move the camera...because I think the joysticks are activated automatically.

Thank you for this. This was a saviour as I had the same issue and nothing else had worked. Can't find a config folder for ME2 or ME3 though?

this is nvidia rtx 50 series bug, I had this same problem and found solution that fixed this whitout need to edit config file, go to nvidia control panel > manage 3D settings > Global settings and change Anisotropic filtering to Application-controlled
