Browns Jersey Sleeve issue

For some reason on every browns uniform the orange and white stripes are fixed to the shoulders. I'm trying to create 80s players like bernie kosar but in the player creater when you make the jersey sleeve style long the stripes stay fixed to the shoulders and don't come down to the end of the sleeve. I tested to see if that was just for the new uniforms but thats the case even for the 2010s jerseys, the only jersey not affected by this is the 1960s jersey which has a tiny tiny little orange and white stripe at the end of the sleeve which I accept is 100% accurate, but its not for the others.
