I also contacted Sony About this and this was the Statement:

"Hello Joachim.

Thank you for your email. We´re sorry you´re having Trophy issues on your account.

Before starting the Troubleshooting below, please double-check that you have completed all of the Tasks available to unlock the Madden NFL 21 trophy´s

• If you have already done this and the trophies still do not appear, please sync them manually. You can find out how this works in the steps below:

PS5: Select your account> Trophies in the Control Center. From the Trophies page, press the Option key> Sync with PlayStation Network.

PS4: Go to [Trophies] and press [Option]> [Sync Trophies With PSN].

PS3: [PlayStation Network]>[Trophy Collection]> (triangle button)> [Sync Trophies With PSN].

PS Vita: Tap [Trophies]> [Option]> [Sync With Server].

If your trophy´s are still not displayed, we recommend restarting the game from an earlier save if possible. This enables us to ensure that the game is not damaged and prevents the trophy´s from being activated.

If you have any further Questions, please let us know."

Unfortunately, this did not lead to success. I passed on that the error has been there since the last update and now I´m waiting for a response. As soon as I have this, I´ll write it back in the Forum.

Just adding another voice to the issue.  I'm experiencing the same problems.  Not only are the trophies not popping on the PS4, but the game is not even loading it's trophy list at all.

I loaded the game for the first time last week on my PS4 and I am unable to even get the trophy list to show up at 0% on my profile.  Most games load onto your profile at 0% after you start the game for the first time.  With Madden 21 on the PS4, I played several full exhibition games and the trophy list still wasn't there.  Hopefully that helps with the troubleshooting and I hope you can get it patched soon!

@Misbik Thank you for the contribution! You explained the situation well. It highlights the issues that we have experienced.

I think it´s amazing how good this communoty is and that you can take part in Troubleshooting your first problem.

The team is planning to fix this in a future title update. Inquired on whether the trophies will be awarded retroactively and it appears they won't due to how they have to address the issue, hope that helps give you a heads up so you don't waste time going for these trophies until the fix is live. When the fix goes live we'll update this thread.

Hey EA, bought your PS4/PS5 MVP edition of Madden 21 a couple months back.  All I've heard is how terrible the game is, with the glitches and nonsense.  I said, it can't be as bad as people make it out to be, all these glitches people must be doing something to the game to make be so trash.  Here I am, 03:00 on Friday morning 2/12 and I sit down for the first time to play and in my first game I should have had 4 trophies pop, yet not a single one popped.  I defended EA and the game, giving the benefit of the doubt with the game going to not be up to snuff because of lost time due to COVID - but with a brand new game and trophies not popping, this is a serious issue.  Along with shutting down servers for older games, therefore platinum blocking trophy hunters, EA is going to be in big trouble if it doesnt start getting it's act together.  I've been a loyal fan of EA Sports since 1992, Electronic Arts even before that.  However, if EA doesnt get back to bringing us a great game experience, the giant will indeed fall.  Stop trying to do too much, and just make a solid game, not every possiblity in human existence needs to be included.
