[PC] Triple Buffering support

The Borderless Window Option in Mass Effect 1 does not provide V-Sync and Triple Buffering. Usually with Borderless Window, V-Sync and Triple Buffering from Windows are automatically active. But not so in ME1 (haven't checked the other 2 games yet).

Is it possible to check if this is an oversight or provide a Borderless Window Option that actually provides V-Sync with Triple Buffering?

Thanks in advance for any answer!

Update 19.05.2021: Today I tested again with several savegames, at spots that took me down from 120 to 60 FPS with V-Sync enabled. But now TB seems to be active with V-Sync enabled, e.g. one spot rendered 76 FPS, the same as if V-Sync wasn't avtive. That works with both Fullscreen and Borderless btw.

So I would consider it solved for me right now 🙂
