I recently encountered an issue with the EA Desktop app where a bunch of my games, including Mass Effect Legendary Edition, disappeared from the library. After a bit of troubleshooting, I found a solution that might help others facing a similar problem. Go to the Settings in Windows and head to the "Add or Remove Programs" section. Find the EA Desktop app in the list, click "Uninstall," and when the wizard appears, choose the "Repair" option instead. After the repair process is complete, the EA Desktop app will re-open. After doing this, I noticed my game count increased from 20 to 48 (mainly all the amazon freebies) and all the missing games were back in my library.
If you're facing a similar issue, give this method a shot. Happy gaming!
That helped, thank you so much!
Thank you! I was having the exact same issue with both ME:L and Dragon Age: Origins disappearing from my games list and even showing up as not purchased from the store and running the repair on the EA App fixed it.

Holy cow.. I just logged in to load up my ME: Legendary Edition to continue my playthrough, and it was gone, as if I'd never purchased it... I "almost" bought it again, thinking I had just mistaken getting it through EA Play or gamepass or something, but something in my gut told me to continue searching if anyone else had experienced this...
THANK YOU for posting this fix.. This saved me from repurchasing the game. Very much appreciate it.
