Re: Madden 22 franchise game invite not working

I just checked and i made sure all notifications are turned on. I see it but its not in my notification tab.

You're both launching the same version of the game, correct? PS5's and Series X/S can launch the Gen 4 and Gen 5 version of the game.

I'm assuming you both have yourselves set as online for your profiles? You can set yourself to show as offline, let's make sure you're both online.

We've seen some game invite errors happen before. Removing each other from your friends list and re-adding each other has been known to fix it. I've also seen it where deleting all friends off a friends list can help, but I'd hate to ask you both to do that unless you have 5 or so friends that can be easily added back. We have some additional steps below if you wanted to give these a try:

My friend isn't showing up under the Friends List?

• Try sending each other a party invite outside of the game by either starting up an Xbox Party, PlayStation Party, or from your friends list on Origin.
• Try removing each other from your friends list and re-add each other.
• Check to see if you are set to ONLINE status.
• Check to see if you have NOTIFICATIONS enabled.
• Check to see if your friend was accidentally BLOCKED.
• Try power cycling your platform.

If a friend isn't receiving an invite. It could be network related. Please check these steps below:
