EMS (Effective Military Strength) isn't a thing anymore in the MELE.
EMS was TMS (Total Military Strength) multiplied by the Readiness Rating you archived from playing Multiplayer or the Mini game on N7HQ.
There is no Multiplayer in the MELE, so all what counts is in fact Total Military Strength.
I cant give you a exact number, I doubt that it is been documented anywhere, but from what I hear you can get about 8500 TMS points.
