Dear lord look at all these people myself included getting falsely accused if that’s what it is.  I agree people who cheat deserve it but when u play by the rules and it happens….. come on something is wrong and they either cannot fix it or they just don’t care. Either way being treated a certain way even if it is just a game is difficult.

    I agree...I was locked out of AH for few weeks. I contacted EA non stop then finally PP. After a few weeks I got my account unlocked. PP really helped and I had to prove I never cheated,,contacted EA,show proof of purchase/EA telling me several stories ECT. Your account will get unlocked if you legitimately play the game and not cheat,buy,sell coins. It takes time but they will look into all that and if you had no reason for a ban it will get unlocked. To this day my account has nor shows no ban history. Im just glad it's fixed but feel EA needs to use a better bot system when making bans or atleast when a player gets a ban look into it and atleast give the player a legit reason and no runaround.

    @Ju66alorydazbtch thanksfully you got a resolve.... i've been (Ban bugged since 10/27) havent broken any rules or  did any glitch's  Every department tells me they dont see any bans / actions  yet i cant play the game and im missing game mode tiles been getting the run around every day...

    @zFaytality96 I got the runaround as well but I made sure to save any and all replys ,contacted PP made sure I had copy's of everything and copy of EA's TOS. I spend/spent alot of money with this game and ALWAYS use PP and I was lucky they got involved...EA's TOS pretty much has the right to do as they please and the player does hit the agree button. There is that 1%the player has rights and lucky for me I had proof to show EA has told me I did no wrong doing and several different stories everytime. When PP got involved I had to prove/and they do a thorough investigation to make sure I did not in fact cheat,buy,sell,distribute,farm coins which I didn't and never have (I still don't know how ppl do that) but once I proved I broke no rules my account was fixed. EA uses a bot system to do bans which I feel is fair but they need to atleast show/prove/contact the player in a timely manner as to why the ban occurred. As for my account it took about 3 weeks to get fixed. If you legit did no wrong doing I suggest getting your CC/Bank involved and be sure to have the TOS handy and and proof you did nothing wrong...Again EA will def look hard into your account esp when returning money so be sure you did no wrong. PP offered my money back after they investigated but I said I honestly want my stuff I paid for and my game to work properly and after that it worked.

    Same with me they even said they done a full investigation and they were right and I was wrong. Not sure what else to do, I don’t play online just play the cpu and the game gives enough coins for me to buy what I need. They think I’m a coin seller I think not sure nothing has been clear from them from the beginning. I gave up hope of playing madden ever again after this.
