Re: Can we topple Morda's rule?

Morda isn't friendly to the Panthfinder, and her people are brewing discontent. So  why isn't there a quest for us to topple her rule? I want an output AND the drive core.

I'd be happy to replace Morda with someone else, because she seems like a real problem child, but I'm OK with letting the Krogan keep the core in exchange for an outpost.

I would not replace Morda or Tann. Sure Morda is a hardass but who can really blame her the way Krogans were treated after the mutiny. She was also willing to trade an outpost for the drive core which suggest that you can negotiate with her. Finally she started the liberation of females from the old ways where they were kept essentially as birth machines in their own camps.

Tann is your run of the mill bureaucrat replacing him with another would be pointless.

Addison on the other hand are clearly incompetent. Her excuse for not firing Spender before was that she was too busy running colonial affairs. Too busy with what? Before I arrived there had only been two failed attempts to create an outpost.

I think Tann should go too. Sure he shows some ability to realize his mistakes, but his choices during the uprising were unforgivable.

Given the choice I'd oust Tann, demote Addison so she had no real responsibility, and promote Kesh.

I wont blame Morda if she's a krogan scout, being a leader is different, in my opinion a leader of a nation/people should have at least some levels of diplomacy and empathy.  I would agree that negotiation is possible if she come to the negotiating table when Ryder first visited her, not after realising that he has the drive core.  At that stage that was her only option.  During my playthroughs I have always collaborated and given her the drive core, but deep down inside am always a little wary if she will one day be trigger happy and end up in a war with the krogan. As for Tann, my thoughts are similar to EA David's comment on the uprising, plus he's a proven racist, well not so much a race but a species in this case.  If I have my way I would put both him and addisson on trial for incompetence, gross negligence which directly or indirectly caused the deaths of many.

Morda did have another option as she could have said hand it over or else. Instead she offered something in exchange for it.

Or else she would create an independent krogan nation with a hint of threat of war and wont allow a colony?  She already said that!

The biggest problem with no outpost on Eladeen is that I no longer feel like to explore or increase the viability on that planet. Tons of gaming content go to waste.
