You can try this:

In the game library > right click Mass Effect > Game Properties > Cloud Saves > Restore last local saved game.

How can I do that? it does not give me the possibility to right click

Do you use EA Desktop?
The guide above was written long before that Software was a thing, it is for Origin.

What is the exact problem you have?

Apparently, indeed that solution is not valid now. Fortunately I used the Onedrive Cloud, and i was able to restore the deleted savegame.
The problem is that I did absolutely nothing to erase it.
