Re: Mass Effect Andromeda Can't Load Save data missing DLC.

So I have a similar problem, it says it can't load my save because I don't have the deluxe edition and DLC installed (deep space explorer, pet pyjack and the weapons along with another armor I believe). I deleted the game from my ps4 system so I could play other games and when I reinstalled the game I realized there was no way for me to re-download the DLC or deluxe edition. I have the physical copy of the game and thus can't use the digital deluxe upgrade on the PlayStation store as it seems to only upgrade the digital version of the game. So how do I fix this am I expected to buy the game again? I sadly no longer have the DLC promo code as I didn't believe I needed it anymore (plus you can't re-enter them on PSN) I really enjoyed the game and would like to re-experience it but it doesn't seem possible as my save files are inaccessible. Please help.

The way the content is supposed to work, is once you enter the code it is forever unlocked on the account in which it is used on.  What this means in real life terms is, if you have the DLC unlocked on your account and uninstall the game, and later put the game back, it SHOULD have all the content ready to download, accessed in your game/dlc content library.  The most common cause of NOT seeing the unlocked content is logging into an account different than the one you unlocked all the content on.  What that means in real life is, your brother/sister/other family member, was logged into the system, you unlocked the stuff on their account, and now you are logged into your account and the stuff isn't there.  IF, this happened you have three options as far as I know....one, you can make the account with all the stuff the "primary household" account(or something like that term) and it allows everything unlocked on that account to be used on that main machine for every account on the machine...two, you can just play under the other account, and three, you can buy the stuff again.

If you only have one account on the machine, and that is all that has ever been there, then I would look closely into your library of games unlocked on your account, and or google how to see them all, and try to find the unlocked content.  If you can't find it or it isn't there, you may contact sony and see what the heck is going on with your account.
