Re: The Madden 22 Loading Screen Loop when I play Franchise Mode

@Gatorade450 I’d hope so, but if there’s any way it could happen, I’d also prefer to actually be able to play the game, too! The very first time I reached out to EA Support about this was Nov 5. Talked over a week through support before this ticket was created. Patience is running thin here. Put off playing the game until scouting update was implemented (a month later than promised, but whatever) and now this. I just would prefer to know if this is going to be addressed and when specifically

Hey guys and @EA_Blueberry I think I found a turnaround for Loading Screen Loop.... Before I end the first pre season game (around 30 secs) I I close the game!

Then I enter again and I go to the save point and resume it! When the game ends and I exit the finished game menu screen and games doesnt loop in the loading screen and I am back in the franchise menu screen. Ok for sure this is not the best way but finally I will play against the browns now! 🙂 I hope this will helps but anyway @EA_Blueberry we expect this problem to be resolved!

Finally I checked it also in the second preseason and it worked as well. Now I am planning to play the game against the Pats. Honestly I have played sooooo many times the first preseason game against the Jets in the past so I closed the game in both preseason 1 & 2 games and it worked. Its not the best solution but it is a solution!

Can anyone else confirm this workaround helps so we can let our Support teams be aware of it while the team is currently looking into this? 

@EA_Blueberry  it works more or less.. I had a black screen  when I re-entered the game. But I was able to simulate the last 30 seconds to the end.. - I lost the game because of that :

Hey @EA_Blueberry this workaround appears to have worked for me, just tried it out. I was playing much shorter quarters (5 min.) than usual, but it did return to franchise hub postgame alright

Hey @EA_Blueberry, I was having all of the same problems as everyone here (the camera focusing on the ball, everlasting screen loop, etc.) I used the workaround mentioned and it worked to get me through the pre-season. Once I got to the regular season the camera fixation and screen loading problem all stopped. I didn't change any settings or adjust anything....it just started to work properly once I made it to the regular season. Not sure if this will help your techs fix the problem, but figured I'd pass it along. Have a happy holiday everyone!

I’ve experienced the same thing, same issue everyone else described with the preseason. I went to the regular season and it worked until week 6. Tried to do another franchise and had the same issue with the preseason and then it worked in the regular seasons until week 3. Honestly if it was just the preseason I could deal with it but having it happen at random times during the regular season really ruins the franchise. The gameplay this year has been surprisingly good this year, it would just be nice to actually get to play it.

Hey @EA_Blueberry new issue, same offline franchise mode. Now I can’t even load up my franchise mode without the game crashing. And when I tried to save my franchise, it kept crashing too! This is ridiculous, it’s almost the new year. We’ve got 70+ replies on this thread encompassing multiple months, and thus far the bugs have only gotten worse and all we’ve got to counter it is a little workaround. It goes without saying it’s time to either fix this for good or offer refunds. I literally can’t play franchise anymore! Anyone else experiencing this?
