I've got in touch with the EA help team twice who have raised a service ticket to open a case and then closed it on the same 'call'. They have said that they know there's an issue (sounds familiar....) and they are 'working on it'. It's must be such a simple issue to resolve but obviously resources are being pointed at other areas of Madden that have game-breaking / console crashing bugs. As others have said, no amount of effort in / out of the game has resolved and in Madden itself, the option to enter your email address is blacked out? I sincerely hope that once this bug does get fixed, and I'm not holding my breath, that all affected users pack counts are stored somewhere and these can be pushed through so that loyal players get the rewards that they are entitled to. A lot of this year's bugs have ruined my enjoyment of the game but this one probably more so than any other as it is in effect EA sticking two fingers up to their loyal MUT players. I really enjoy getting the loyalty packs come through accompanying new solo launches that my hard work has earned and I really feel devalued now that we aren't receiving them. It really feels like being kicked when you're already down ☹️
I don't feel that this issue is fixed appropriately so please keep this thread open and 'unsolved' until the issue is fixed. Thanks
