The accolades only shows up on the calendar the week of the event. You won't see it for any future events.
The normal time is Sunday at 6pm.
Did you change the lot? (Studio PBP) If you changed it and removed something required, it may cancel all the accolades.
You can try removing the game's cache files and doing a game repair.
