Can't Access Mass Effect Andromeda Apex HQ

If you are on a iOS device the app is discontinued and no longer usable downloadable from the app store. It will work (again?) if you still have it installed.
On Android it might still work, there are some reports, but I can't test that having an iPhone myself.

Did EA make any kind of announcement that they were discontinuing the app?

I just tried it on Android, and it didn't work.  I couldn't find the app in the general store, but found it in my previous apps.  It installed but didn't work to sign in, so I assume that it has been disabled as old and out of date.

Can't say that I'm surprised, it's seven or eight years old and an app for a game that isn't crazy popular, but it would have been nice to get an announcement of some kind.

It was still working for me on one iOS device until today. Can’t get past the login screen now. Looks like it might be done for. I’ll miss it, I’ve been logging it at least 2x per day for years.

@theymademedothis Were you able to download it from the iOS store? The last time I looked, it was not showing up on iOS.

NO- not specific issue to iOS.

surprisingly, I know other people who play this game (I know) who use iOS devices.

they can log onto Apex HQ no issues- so not systemic problem to iOS.  There is something amiss with this service - indeed when I logged onto Answers Board, it immediately changed the language to Spanish Que passa?
